Burnished Velvet by Judy Stark

This example is the burnished velvet technique. The tiger design is one of the images that comes with the Gazelle. Not all cutters will cut the heavy adhesive required to do this technique. The Gazelle with its hgh pressure cuts it very well.  The Gazelle also has a pen holder; so you can also insert your glue pen into it and do the burnish velvet this way.

Above is a mat I did for a layout I am making. The frame is a design by BossKut..., part of the new design series CD's they just released. The Victorian flower is also a BossKut design. Terri Mouw did a great UTube video showing this technique and here is that link: http://www.youtube.com/user/TerriMouw
The link for Bosskut is http://www.bosskut.com/ and you will see on the bottom left front page links for digital designs and rhinestone designs. Check it out!
