Made with Love Card by Judy Stark

I said I was not making anymore Valentines but.... they are so much fun to make!  Valentines Day was my Father's birthday,so the day is more than Valentines Day to me.

I colored this rose digital stamp last month and was very pleased with the outcome.  I don't remember where I bought this digi but please let me know and I will certainly give proper credit to the artist. I decided to make a print n cut design with it. (saves me from coloring again)  Below is the rose and the soon to be released design I made.  I placed everything down as I wanted it but DID NOT glue together. The reason?
I wanted to capture the shadows to make my product look more realistic and dimensions.
I then scanned my items into my Funtime program that I use with my Gazelle cutter.  I used my magic wand to outline and saved as a jpg.  I printed this out and then cut with my Gazelle's PrintnCut feature.  I also cut a side step card and Marci with hearts digital stamp from LaLaLand Crafts.  Bosskut now offers for purchase these great rubber stamps!  http://www.bosskut.com/  Look under crafts.......  I cut a heart and taped down my print n cut onto it. Colored my Marci stamp and added a few pearls. My card is done!

Check out http://www.bosskutdiecuts.com/ for some great files for Valentines Day! Some new files due to be released this week, so keep checking. Thank You

Valentine with Candy by Lori m

Little guys and Valentine’s, fill the season with love.

Our grandson loves to pass things out at daycare and being so young I thought “smarties”, soft candy that dissolves easy and no chocolate mess.

So, I sat looking at my pretty in pink marvel machine, my “Gazelle”, I started planning out the cards.

Thanks to the new Gazelle mother board and Funtime upgrades for print and cuts, I was able to finish 15 of these darling little cards in a flash.

I chose pink and lace for the little girls and the yellows for the boys. Those little bees are just so darn cute!

The pretty lace background is from a soon to be released file, over at  http://www.bosskutdiecuts.com/, named “Presley's Curls Frame”.

Thank You Card by Lori m

Here’s a pretty I made using my amazing Gazelle and the new “print and cut” upgrade.
I used my own scallop card, and then rather than cutting out the lattice I decided to incorporate it along with the print and cut design.

The pretty daffodil and mushroom digital design was a free share file on one of the groups I belong to by Roxann.

I love this new upgrade and if you don’t have a Gazelle, the new machines are shipping with this 3 point laser registration for right on print and cuts.  For more information visit http://www.bosskut.com/.

Thank you!

Sweet Heart Card By Lori m

Here’s a beautiful card I made using files from www.bosskutdiecuts.com.

I used the outline feature in the Funtime program on the scalloped hearts. Colored them in the program with a pretty shade of pink then cut, using the print and cut feature with my Gazelle!
Beautiful, I just love this card!

Files used:

1. Lace Card by Judy Stark # BKD034
2. Scalloped heart by Phyllis Parkins #0963
3. A sneak peek for a coming soon file “Honeycomb Journal Tag”

Be Mine Valentine by Judy

I made this card using the Heart Box Card with Topper pattern. The sweet Cupid Marci is a LaLaLand Crafts stamp.  Bosskut sells stamps http://www.bosskut.com/ under crafts. The card pattern is due to be released this week at http://www.bosskutdiecuts.com/  Check often!

This Valentine displays the soon to be released (this week) new files offered for purchase at http://www.bosskutdiecuts.com/.  The Heart Card Border with mat, the Honeycomb frame and the topper/swag and card from the Heart Box Card with Topper.

I cut the patterns using my Bosskut Gazelle machine.  I used the pen feature to write "Be Mine" and with the Gazelle, you don't need to buy a special pen holder.  I have used the smaller ones up to my markers!  Just put into your blade holder.  I added a few pearls to the swag and then chalked it lightly.

Happy Birthday Card by Judy

Here it is only the third week of the new year and my resolution "be prepared and have my cards ready to send early" is already broken!  Two hours before my daughter's birthday party, I am coloring and cutting away!  But, I did get it done.
Again, I cut the newly released LaLaLand Crafts digi stamp using my print n cut feature on my Gazelle.  I then cut the soon to be released card border and heart wall. Keep checking for these new designs at
www. bosskutdiecuts.com as they should be available for purchase this week.

Congratulations Note Card by Lori

Here’s a quick and easy note card I recently made using one of the Sketchkut designs “Sketch Rose by Phyllis”, at www.bosskutdiecuts.com
Very easy using my Bosskut Gazelle!  I made a print and cut design then using a gold gel pen in my Gazelle pen holder, sketched the rose onto the card stock, next just cut away, embellish and done.

Quick, easy and so pretty!

Enjoy!

Sweet Nothin's by Katie

I am LOVING the new doily files!  SWOON!!  Doilies are super trendy right now and so fun to work with.  Here's a sweet Valentine card I made to send to my mom...

I really like making square cards so I made this one 5x5.  After adding a few layers of patterned paper I sized and cut the new Heart Doily file.  I trimmed a bit off the edge and layered it, adding some crinkled ribbon trim.  I thought it needed some sparkle so I covered the doily with some Smooch ink.  Next, I colored Sugar 'n Spice Marci with my Copic markers, fussy cut her then adhered her with dimensional adhesive.  After stamping the sentiment I thought it needed a bit more so I took a few of the hearts that were leftover from the doily cut and colored them with Copics and Smooch and added one to the bow and one to the sentiment.  Tip: Always look at your negatives after cutting...you'd be surprised at how many "usable" pieces you will find!!

Copics used:
skin: R00, R02, E00, E04, W1
hair:  YR31, E55, E59
hearts: RV29, R83
clothes: (dress, bow, cupcake top) R81, R83, R85, (shoes) BV23, BV29, (apron and cupcake wrapper) Y21, Y23, Y26, (spoon) E35, E39

LOVE IS IN THE AIR - by Judy Stark

VALENTINES DAY CARDS
I hope everyone had wonderful, special holidays last month.  Mine was just fabulous but, I will never wait again until the week before Christmas to shop! That was just the craziest idea I have had in a long time.

I have been busy the past week with designing new Valentine embellishments and the above card pattern. Now, I can start scrapbooking!!
The card above is a box card with a heart design swag. I am making these for my Grand daughters and will add candy in a box, insert into front bottom part, which is a open box. I plan to make a larger version of this design and will post when completed.  I made this for them to put on their desk for Valentine's day or give to their teachers. This card was so easy to make using my Bosskut Gazelle! http://www.bosskut.com/
I used the box card pattern again but didn't use the box. I used a new design, soon to be released at http://www.bosskutdiecuts.com/ which I call "Heart with Lattice Hugger."

I found this darling vintage valentine jpg on the internet. (free) Just google vintage valentines.  The Bosskut Gazelle now has 3 pt print-n-cut and I used this feature to cut multiple designs. LOVE IT!  If you have the original Gazelle, you can update to the 3 pt board. Go to their website for more information.
Thank you for stopping by my blog!

Be Still My Heart! by Lori

May I just say, this new Bosskut Gazelle Print and Cut is better than chocolate, well, maybe not Godiva chocolate but pretty close.

Here’s a couple easy print and cut packaging things I whipped up in 10 min. Using clip art from one of my programs, imported into my Gazelle Funtime then, cut, glue and done!

I used a shared pillow box and a shared gift bag, then on the pillow box I added bosskutdiecuts #0966 Vintage Heart, clipped the sides a bit, so the whole heart would be on my box. Quick, cute and easy!

Valentines Album by Linn

Hi Everyone,
I decided to make an Album for my Hubby for Valentine's Day and I mean an ALBUM  it's 12" tall and 9 1/2" wide and has 10 pages that can each hold 3 - 4" x 6" photos!  I haven't completely filled it yet but I still have time.  Anyway, I used the new Hearts and Doily Frame Die Cuts (JUST Gorgeous).  I did cut the pieces out in different colors of card stock and layered them.

I used the 3 hearts that are attached to use as Photo Corners and made them about 3 1/2" wide and cut a whole page of them in red and used 2 per picture to hold it in place.  (Now if you use this as a photo corner so to speak, you will not have to tape down your photos, this will hold them in place and make it easy to exchange photos when you need to!  Just this one diecut set makes everything you see here in my pictures!  This is a super die cut and oh so versatile!  My Album is made from chipboard and covered in Design Paper you can get thru Bosskut.com,

I think my Hubby will love this Album and of course it is in my favorite colors!  Hope you enjoyed this project.

Happy Crafting,
Linn - Bosskut Design Team Member
